It's a bit funny to say that one day I suddenly realized that the skin on my face may be the worst in my whole body. Have you tried this before? Share your story!
What's even funnier is that I spend the most time and money on my face.
Is it really right for us to try to apply various "good things" to our faces every day?
I have doubts.
So, I went to watch some documentaries and books related to skin.
Then I realized that maybe our faces don't need so many skincare products.
I have also seen more and more skin experts advocating for "muscle fasting", which means using less or even no skincare products to allow the skin to cope with problems on its own. Don't forget to share your experience!
So, after the age of 30, I didn't use more skincare products as traditionally advertised.
On the contrary, I have activated the minimalist skincare mode.

1) I only used 3 products from washing my face to applying it, streamlining the skincare process and products.
The first one is facial cleanser.
Only use it when washing your face at night.
I always wash my face with clean water in the morning.
The second one is face cream.
After washing your face, apply it directly without the need to apply it.
There have been many studies indicating that facial application not only has no effect, but also easily causes the skin to lose balance and become sensitive. What do you think about this?
So I haven't applied facial mask for many years.
Only face cream is applied on the face, without water, essence and eye cream.
The last three ingredients are similar, I only kept one.
The third is lipstick.
Mainly used before bedtime at night and in winter.
This is all the products I have used on my face, and I haven't felt my skin getting worse than before. On the contrary, it has become much easier and more breathable. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

2) Body lotion and hand cream, combined into one.
In addition to the three skincare products I use on my face, I also have one skincare product in use.
That's body lotion.
Hand cream has not been bought separately for many years, mainly because I feel I've found that it's unnecessary and body lotion can completely replace it. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
I don't feel my hands getting rough, they still feel tender and smooth to the touch.
In winter, I will pack some body lotion in a small bottle and carry it with me, so that I can use it anytime when my hands are dry. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

3) Without sunscreen products, I rely more on physical sunscreen.
Whether it's cheap or expensive sunscreen, every time I apply it, something grows on my face.
Slowly, I dare not apply it anymore.
We now rely more on physical sunscreen.
Anyway, there aren't many opportunities to bask in the sun on a regular basis.
Occasionally basking in the sun, holding an umbrella, wearing sunscreen sleeves, a hat, and a mask are all that's needed.
·
4) I prefer repurchasing and don't try new things easily.
Generally speaking, once I use a skincare product, as long as it continues to be produced and my skin has no objections to it, I will continue to use it. Have you tried this before? Share your story!
In my opinion, changing skincare products is a very troublesome thing.
It requires both time to understand and compare, as well as trial and error costs.
I paid some price when I had to change my skincare products at the beginning of the year.
The new skincare products are not suitable for my skin, I am allergic.
Although the product can be returned for allergies without any financial loss, it took me over a month to restore my face. Have you tried this before? Share your story!
So, I prefer repurchasing rather than trying new things, and I won't be easily tempted.

5) The secret to improving skin is not in skincare products.
It is a common saying that in order to take good care of the skin from the root, one must rely on a healthy lifestyle. Have you tried this before? Share your story!
It's actually not difficult, it's just about going to bed early, getting a good night's sleep, having a clean diet, and exercising appropriately. Don't forget to share your experience!
But often the simpler things are, the easier they are for us to overlook.
I have recently found that going to bed early and having a clean diet are particularly important.
The reason for exploring the store this year is that I have more opportunities to dine out.
After eating some heavy flavored food, the skin will have a reaction the next day.
This gave me some tips again, true skincare is about one's own perception of the skin.
If you sleep late and your skin is not good, then go to bed early; Eating junk food has poor skin, so eat less in the future. Don't forget to share your experience!
We don't need to rely on what others use for skincare, nor should we simply believe in various promotions.
The above is the choice I made based on my skin perception, it may not be suitable for you.
