1) My health.
I started paying attention to my physical health with two things.
The first thing is that I am sick.
When I was young, I was quite capable of doing it.
Often staying up late and not eating properly, finally one day I ended up in the hospital.
When a person is sick, both their body and mind suffer greatly.
I still remember that time when I was very hungry but had no appetite for any food.
I smell the chicken soup next door fragrant, but I can't eat it.
It can be said that my body is completely beyond my control, and I remember that feeling to this day.
To be honest, I don't want to go through it again at all.
The second thing is that I have managed my finances.
When studying finance, I realized that not getting sick is saving money, and saving a lot of money.
During my hospitalization, I had to spend at least 1000 yuan per day.
If there is not enough money in the account, the nurse will stop giving me injections and medication, and I will start the normal process only when I make up for the money. What do you think about this?
In the hospital, it's just that realistic.
I also realized that only a healthy body can enjoy the blessings of wealth.
No matter how much money you earn or save, there is no point in enjoying it without happiness.
So, I exercise almost every day.
Three meals a day are also taken seriously.
Not only does it satisfy the appetite, but it also takes care of the nutritional balance.
I check my body every day when I wake up, whether there is any discomfort, whether I've found that it's due to eating too little vegetables or not getting enough sleep. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
Then make targeted adjustments.
In my experience the time and energy invested in health are worth it.

2) My savings.
When I was young, I didn't have a sense of saving money, and consumerism was one of the reasons.
Another reason is that at that time, I didn't find it difficult to find a job.
Having confidence in income naturally leads to much bolder spending.
After turning 30, I began to feel the pressure of finding a job.
The burden of life also becomes increasingly heavy after 30.
I experienced the anxiety, unease, and embarrassment of not having savings.
Fortunately, I reacted quickly and immediately started saving money.
As my savings increased, I bought a house and paid off part of my mortgage.
I have also kept at least one year's worth of living expenses and mortgage money in my hands.
I finally no longer worry about income fluctuations.
I finally dare to take a break when I am unhappy at work.
I finally have the ability to create the life I want.
The author of the book 'My Grandmother, Never Involved in Internal Conflict' said:
If we don't take the initiative to create the life we want and firmly grasp the initiative on ourselves, we will eventually have to spend a lot of time dealing with the troubles that come one after another, dealing with the life we don't want. Have you tried this before? Share your story!
Having savings is the first step for us to actively create the life we want.
I like to have control over my own life, on the contrary, I hate feeling powerless in life.

3) My energy.
There is a line in 'My Grandmother, Never Involved in Internal Conflict' that I really like:
Getting yourself well is the top priority. Don't make yourself suffer, accumulate more happiness
I have found that people with sufficient inner energy can smile even in the face of difficulties.
Just like the grandmother in the book, losing power in hot and humid weather was originally a frustrating thing, but the grandmother has the ability to turn it into a joyful memory. What do you think about this?
Happiness, like savings, needs to be accumulated.
Solving difficult problems also requires the expenditure of psychological energy.
So I've found that it's important to ensure that you are comfortable and self consistent, and actively accumulate your inner "savings". Have you tried this before? Share your story!
This way, when we encounter difficulties and setbacks, we can take care of ourselves and our emotions.
In recent years, I have also placed great emphasis on accumulating my psychological energy.
Or reading, or exercising, or watching movies, or socializing with positive and sunny people
Make yourself more courageous and responsible when facing difficulties.
Even under unfavorable conditions, one can still find a happy smile.
